Hi, I’m Yasmeen Arruchi.
Healthy Aging Starts With Knowing Yourself Better.
There is no shortage of advice about how to stay healthy as you age.
But the question isn't simply, “What's healthy?”
It's, “What makes sense for you?”
Your genetics, metabolism, nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and health history all influence how your body functions—and what may deserve more attention as you get older.
At Age Free Health, we use personalized health insights to help you better understand your biology, identify meaningful patterns, and make informed decisions about how you support your health for the years ahead.
Know your biology. Shape how you age.

Meet Yasmeen
I didn't enter functional health because I wanted to follow more wellness rules.
I wanted to understand why.
Why can two people eat the same foods, follow the same exercise program, or take the same supplement and respond completely differently?
Why do certain health patterns develop despite someone seemingly doing everything right?
And why do we often wait until something goes wrong before becoming curious about what has been happening beneath the surface?
Those questions changed the way I thought about health—and eventually led me to functional health, nutrigenetics, gut health, mineral balance, metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.
They also shaped the philosophy behind Age Free Health:
The more you understand about your individual biology, the more intentional you can be about how you care for it.
I Believe We Should Know More About Our Health Before Something Goes Wrong.
Traditional healthcare is essential when we are sick, injured, or need medical treatment.
But I also believe there is tremendous value in understanding ourselves before we reach that point.
What are your genetic tendencies?
How well are you supporting your metabolism?
Are there nutritional or functional patterns worth paying attention to?
Where could relatively small changes today have greater value over time?
This isn't about predicting your future or trying to control aging.
And it isn't about turning your life into one long health protocol.
It's about understanding what you can influence—and using that knowledge well.
A More Personal Approach to Healthy Aging
Most health recommendations begin with what generally works for a population.
I prefer to begin with the individual.
Depending on what we're trying to understand, that may include your health history, current lifestyle, symptoms, goals, genetic information, and functional testing.
From there, we look for patterns.
Not every result requires action. Not every genetic variant is meaningful. And more testing isn't necessarily better.
The objective is to identify what is most relevant to you and translate that information into practical priorities you can actually use.
Understand
Start with your individual biology, health history, lifestyle, and goals.
Connect
Look beyond isolated symptoms or individual test results to identify patterns and relationships.
Personalize
Turn those insights into practical priorities for nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, metabolic health, gut health, and everyday life.
Because you don't necessarily need more health information. You need to know which information matters to you.

My role isn't to hand you an overwhelming list of everything you could be doing differently.
It's to help you understand complex health information, put it into context, and determine what deserves your attention.
I believe the best health strategy is one that is evidence-informed, personalized, realistic—and designed to work within your life rather than take it over.
Your Health.
Your Biology.
Your Way.
For many of us, the goal isn't simply to add more years.
It's to remain strong, capable, mentally sharp, independent, and engaged in the life we've worked hard to build.
We can't control every aspect of aging.
But there is a great deal we can learn about ourselves—and much we can influence through the choices we make along the way.
You don't need another generic wellness plan.
You need a clearer understanding of where you're starting and a strategy built around you.
